Create a Mobile App for staff members to nominate each other using the 3 pillars of Success (Categories).
We created an internal use app hosted on Office 365, using PowerApps. This made of a few simple pages, one introduction followed by a form.
Once the app was created, we ran staff training sessions for deployment. We extended the functionality by creating Flow rules to notify line managers, collate the data collected in a report to present at Staff Meetings. This was all part of Think IT’s digital strategy for 2018.
