Our first step before we engage in projects is to run a facilitated discovery workshop. This enables us to understand you, your team and what problems you are trying to resolve. It’s also an opportunity for you to probe us on solutions, our processes and what’s already available for you to leverage.
Often you already have the tools to resolve your problems, but just need a little guidance.
The outcome of the discovery workshop will help us write up a plan to go forward, with informed decisions and clarified scope.
