How does it work?
Like any other 3rd party service provider, if a client raises an opportunity, you can engage with us as part of the pre-sales process.
We will work with you to price a solution. Depending on the scale of the project, we may engage in a scope & feasibility phase before committing to any project.
Following the acceptance of a project, you can be involved as much or as little as possible.
Ongoing support and maintenance of the solution lies with us, but the triage of service requests will likely come via your helpdesk.
We can assist with marketing content too, to promote Business Refinery services.
